All items not included in the refund exclusion list can be returned for a full refund within 14 days .
This applies to all UK and EU Customers.
Refund of original shipping fee
As our shipping fees are a flat rate BLOYST will only refund only 50% of the delivery cost from the original order your placed with use.
For example :
If you are returning an Item that it is ￡10 and your flat fee for shipping is ￡4.99
We will refund ￡10 from the item and ￡2.49 of our flat fee delivery charge .
If you are returning an Item that it is ￡10 and your flat fee for shipping is ￡10.00
We will refund ￡10 from the item and ￡5.00 of our flat fee delivery charge .
Customers must be aware that BLOYST do not reimburse shipping cost when customers return items back to us. We kindly request you use the safest and secure form of postage that includes tracking when sending BLOYST products back to us. We will only issue refunds when Items are returned and are in a
re-saleable condition. We strongly recommend you keep proof of postage or tracking number. We will need this if there are any issues with your returned item.
Please allow 3 working days for refunds to processed.
A notification email will be sent after returns are processed. Refunds will credit to your original payment method.
Items excluded from the refund policy
In the issue of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear or pierced jewellery or cosmetic products if they have been used or hygiene seal has been broken.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. If you want another item please return item you don't want for full refund within the returns within frame time and refund will be issued . Place another order for other item you wish to purchase.
How do I return an Item?
the item is unworn and unwashed (in regards to clothes and footwear)
There are no stains, scuff marks, marks or damage
it should still have all the BLOYST labels attach
Please include your returns docket which would have been sent in the package with your item.
Making sure you add the ORDER number to your return docket and fill out the form correctly.
